Updated October 24, 2018: my calendar is currently maxed out so I not taking on new patients at the moment. You can however send an e-mail to be put on the waiting list. Patients move in and out of the clinic all the time as they get better, so don’t hesitate to join the list out of fear that you will have to wait long. Chances are you will have a slot sooner than you thought!
