In order for me, Ingefleur Spreij, to treat you as your homeopath, I need to keep a patient file on you. This is also mandatory as per the Dutch national law WGBO. Your file contains notes on your health and any medical tests and treatments you may have had.
I care about your privacy and have taken the appropriate technical measures to protect your information. The means that:

I am careful with your personal and medical information and store this securely
- No-one else has access to this information except for you and me
It is very important that the information I hold about you is accurate and up to date. Please let me know if at any time your personal information changes by emailing me at admin@ingefleur.com.

Online prescription overview on Google Drive
You have access to your online prescription overview on Google Drive. This file can only be shared with your gmail account to ensure it can only be accessed with an account and password.
This file contains the following information:

E-mail address

Date of birth

Prescriptions
Your online file on Google Drive is stored securely and encrypted under G-Suite. Google Drive complies with all relevant legislation including the EU General Data Protection Act (2018). Read Google’s Cloud Security and Compliance Whitepaper.
You may ask me at any time to delete your prescription overview by e-mailing me at admin@ingefleur.com
Offline file
As your homeopath, I am the only one that has access to your offline file. By Dutch law I am required to keep your information confidential.
Your offline file contains the following information:

E-mail address

Date of birth

Prescriptions

Notes on your health

Notes on any medical tests and treatment that you may have received
The information from your file may also be used for the following:

To contact other health practitioners. For example if your treatment has ended and you are referred to another practitioner. This will only be done with your explicit consent.

To be used by my locum in my absence so that your treatment can be continued

To be used anonimously in workgroups with colleague homeopaths to benefit your treatment

To be used anonimously in publications and media

Contact details are used so that I can produce invoices for your appointments and treatment plans.
If I need to use your information for any other purpose, I will first inform your of this and obtain your explicit consent.
Your offline file will be saved for 15 years as is required by the Dutch national law WGBO.
Fertility chart analysis
I send my analysis of your fertility chart through Loom which is securely encrypted. The recording is deleted from Loom’s server 10 days after it has been sent to you. Read Loom’s privacy policy.
Privacy of your invoices
On the invoice that you receive for your appointments or treatment plans, the following information is recorded:

A short description of your appointment suchs as “fertility intake”, “non-fertility follow-up” and “urgent short appointment”

Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal complies with all relevant legislation including the EU General Data Protection Act (2018). Read their privacy policy.
